Vendor Table for New Port Richey Model Train Show/Sale Saturday February 28, 2026

1)  NO table will be held without payment.

2) Vendors must stay until 2pm, if leave before 2pm you will be banned from upcoming shows.

3)  Deadline for payment is February 2, 2026

4) No refund if canceled within 72 Hours of show or if you are a no show

5) Regal Railways is NOT responsible for ANY ITEM (s) left behind at any show.

6) Set up begins at 7am morning of the show

7) Tables are limited due to the layouts.

8) 6 foot tables

9) Tables forfeited by 8:45am if not here.

Tables are $27.00 for each for SIX foot.  Or bring your own table for 10.00
