1) NO table will be held without payment.
2) Vendors must stay until 2pm,if leave before 2pm you will be banned from upcoming shows.
3) Deadline for payment is March 8 , 2026
4) No refund if canceled within 72 Hours of show or if you are a no show
5) Regal Railways is NOT responsible for ANY ITEM (s) left behind at any show.
6) Set up begins at 7am morning of the show
7) Tables are limited due to the layouts.
8) Tables forfeited by 8:30am if not here.
9) 4 Tables Max per vendor
